Opera Restaurant Key West
Key West is home to a few Italian restaurants that would be considered excellent in any community in the United States. One, though, is often overlooked because it is hidden away yet nearby the other top competitors. That restaurant is Opera, and it is the real deal. Dishes include polipo alla griglia, verdure alla griglia, spaghetti al pomodoro e basilico, risotto ai funghi porcini, lasagne opera, cavatelli della nonna, linguine allo scoglio, pescespada alla griglia, filetto di tonno in crosta, creme brulee, key lime pie, terrina di mango e lamponi, spaletti chianti, masi campofiorin and danzante sangiovese. The owner and staff is very welcoming, and the dining room, with it's high ceiling, has a spacious feeling. 613 Duval Street
