again, Key West's biggest party - Fantasy Fest - lives up to its reputation.
Duval Street was packed with crowds of people admiring the daring, brave,
and bodacious partiers. Body paint was everywhere. Below is a collection

Many Key Westers and visitors are doing the same thing...running,
hiding, & escaping. As the saying goes, we seceded where others
failed. America's only Caribbean island is home to free spirit,
